How long will it take my order to ship?

We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but certain factors may result in delays. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order until the time it is shipped.

Does the Atticus Poetry store ship to international destinations?

Will I be charged additional fees for customs, duties and taxes on international shipments?

Unfortunately, the Atticus Poetry has no control over these types of charges, and customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties will be charged at the time of import into the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, and we not take responsibility for any additional fees or offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?

Any questions about your order should be directed to help@atticuspoetry.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Can I edit the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to edit or make changes to it. You can, however, attempt to update the shipping address directly with your selected courier service. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee, as it depends on the status of your shipment.

How long will it take to process an item exchange or return?

Item exchanges and/or returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days after the item has reached our shipping center.

Covid-19 FAQ's

Has Covid-19 impacted my ability to order from Atticus Poetry online?

Our online store is always open for you to shop whenever you'd like. That said, as we focus on keeping our people, guests, and community safe, we're taking extra measures at our distribution centres such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, which may cause some delays.

Have the shipping times for online orders changed?

Due to the high volume of online orders and measures to keep their people and communities safe, courier services everywhere are experiencing delivery delays across the country.

Although Atticus Poetry is not responsible for delivery delays that occur after your shipment has been accepted by a courier service, please feel free to contact us if you have not received a shipment notification within 2 week after placing your order, so we can help resolve the issue.

My order has shipped but seems to be delayed. What can I do?

As stated above, courier services worldwide are processing and delivering a much higher than normal volume of online orders, and have implemented measures to keep their people and communities safe. Unfortunately, this is contributing to delivery delays. Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress.

My local courier isn't accepting packages because of Covid-19. How can I return my order?
